Housing Costs
Each new housing student is required to pay a housing deposit at the time of application. This deposit reserves a housing space and is held in the event that there is damage to the housing unit or property during the student's stay. Housing inspections are conducted on a regular basis and any damages are charged to the student's account immediately. In the event a student cancels housing less than 30 days prior to move-in, the deposit is non-refundable.
The housing cost is per quarter, per student and includes rent, electricity, water, cable TV, and furnishings. The student is responsible for phone and Internet services.
Each student is required to sign a four-quarter housing contract prior to move-in. The contract is a legally binding document. Early termination fees will apply.
